What does “Silver Verified” mean?
Your 999.md account's automated signals — account age, listing history, contact method — were clean at the time of verification. Identity is not checked by hand.
How long does Gold verification take?
Once you've uploaded your documents, the Siguro team reviews them within 48 working hours.
Which documents does Gold need?
Proof of identity, and for agencies, the agency's licence or registration certificate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel the subscription from your account, and the badge stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What if one of my listings gets a low score?
The score reflects the listing's signals, not the agent. A Gold Verified account shows its badge whatever the score — but the signals we found stay visible, for transparency.
